ILN Communities - Connecting the World

Welcome to the ILN – Communities! The ILN-Communities support service to the International Learning Network (ILN) aims at providing an integrated forum to support the dialogue among the main stakeholders involved in the FP7 INCO activities and initiatives.

The ILN Network is supporting the exchange of information between the following Members:
  • ILN core members: ongoing FP7 INCO projects (ERANETS, INCONETS, BILATS and INCONTACT ONE WORLD)
  • The European Commission
  • ILN regular Members: all major stakeholders and experts involved in International Cooperation activities, such as: members of the FP7 INCO Programme Committee, of the Strategic Forum on International S&T Cooperation and other INCO projects i.e Access4EU, Incolabs and Incohouse projects
Jointly, we are building the ILN Communities via:
  • ILN meetings; four meetings foreseen mainly addressing the core members until 2014
  • ILN Webtools; ILN website (open to a wider public) and e-communities (mainly addressing the core members)
The ILN network, was set up by the DG Research in 2009 as a pilot initiative with the aim to structure the information exchange between projects financed by the International Cooperation Activities within the Capacities programme and to create a forum for coordinators to exchange experiences.

The ILN Services are since November 2011 implemented by a consortia led by Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE) in cooperation with Europa Media non Profit Ltd. and Help Forward/Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH).

We are building the ILN Communities together with you! Your contribution is highly appreciated, please feel welcome to send any suggestions and ideas to or directly to the coordinator

We are looking forward working with you!
